Itinerary: HEMKUND SAHIB YATRA TOUR PACKAGE

Upon arrival at the Dehradun Airport or Haridwar Airport, you will be welcomed by our executive Drive to Rishikesh.After arriving at Rishikesh, check in at the hotel.Witness the evening Ganga Arti at the Triveni Ghat.Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

In the morning after breakfast, we will check out from the hotel in Haridwar and drive to Pipalkoti via Rishikesh Devprayag, Rudrapryag and Karanparyag. Later in the evening on reaching Pipalkoti, we will check in at the already booked hotel and enjoy a soothing overnight stay.

Today after breakfast in the morning, we will leave by road for Govindghat. On the way, we will stop at Joshimath to visit Adi Shankaracharya Math and Narsingh Mandir. Afterwards, we will continue our drive to Govindghat. On reaching, we will start trekking from here to Ghangaria. Check in at the pre-booked Guest House in Ghangaria for a comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast in the morning, we will start trekking to Hemkund Sahib. On reaching, we will take a holy dip in Hemkund and afterwards proceed for the darshan of Shri Hemkund Sahib Ji. Afterwards, we will trek back to Ghangaria and take pleasure of an overnight stay in the hotel.

We will start our day a bit early in the morning and trek down to Govindghat. Here, we will meet our driver and leave by road for Rudrapryag, via Joshimath, Chamoli and Karanprayag. On reaching, check in at the already booked hotel for an overnight stay. Rudraprayag is the meeting point of two significant rivers i.e. Alaknanda and Mandakini River. Temples: Rudranath and Chamunda Devi, Koteshwar Temple (3 Kms).

In the morning after breakfast, we will drive to Rishikesh via Srinagar Garhwal. On the way, we will stop at Devprayag, the Confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi River to visit the meeting point. Afterwards, we will continue our drive to Rishikesh. On reaching, check in at the pre-booked hotel for relaxing overnight stay. Rishikesh is a famous holy place located just 24 kms away from Haridwar. Enclosed by the beautiful mountains from three side and Ganga river flowing through, it lies right in the lap of lower Himalayas. This significant pilgrimage centre is associated with the Ramayana and houses many ancient and newly constructed temples. It is regarded as an ideal place for practicing yoga and meditation. The place is blessed with many yoga centres and ashrams. Rishikesh is the gateway to start the journey to important religious places in North India including Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath.

On the last day of our tour, we will have breakfast in the morning and afterwards get ready to drive back to Delhi. On reaching, get direct transfer to Delhi airport/railway station to board flight or train for onwards destination.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Payment Policy

    There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.

  • Tour Cancellation

    In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.

  • Advance Non-refundable

    Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.

  • Non-refundable Advance token

    Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases

  • Exceptional Refund Policy

    In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)

  • Hike in Package Costing

    The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.

  • Booking Voucher

    Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.

  • Complimentary Services

    Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.

  • Service Charge

Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)

  • Prepone & Postpone

    In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.

  • Prepone & Postpone Charges

    The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Prepone & Postpone Charges by service providers

    Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • Prepone & Postpone availability

    In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time

  • Special Conditions

    We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • Advance payment validity

    The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • Advance payment transferable

    The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)

  • Reschedule the siteseeing

    Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.

  • Amendment requested during the tour

    Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.
