Early morning, reach Chakrata and check in to your hotel, followed by some relaxation. After that head to one of the highest waterfalls in Uttarakhand, located at an elevatioin of 312 feet, the Tiger falls. In the evening, drive down to Chirmiri, a quaint plateau famous for bird-watching and offering some of the most beautiful views of sunset. Reach hotel in the evening and relax around the bonfire and grove to the beat of Djambey, played by your travel expert. Conclude your day with a delicious and warm dinner.
Leave the Moila Top’s campsite, decent and reach Lokhandi. From there vehicle will be arranged till Deoban. Go through the dense forest, cross a ridge and start trekking through a rock path. Ahead is a Forest rest house, and the meadows widespread in front looks picture perfect. Come across abundant Deodar trees and a great variety of rare Himalayan birds. Have your lunch in middle of the trek and head towards Vyas Point the highest peak of this trek.On the way you will get great views of Shivalik and Himalayan ranges. Reach the highest point and get macrocosmic views from there.
We trek down to Kanasar is surrounded by one of the best-rated Deodar forest of Asia. About 25 km from Chakrata market on Tuini Road, the roads are not in the best shape. The meadows and giant trees more than make up for the bumpy drive. It is one of the best picnic spots near Chakrata. A forest rest house in Kanasar and some tented accommodation allows visitors to spend a night here on prior booking.
